DAILY BEFORE DAWN
In the Boulangerie, authentic work is done daily before dawn. The floor cakes, wheat rolls and currant buns are baked on the floor every morning after the proofing process, so they are always oven fresh and you can taste that. Of course we also make delicious pistolettes, German rolls, butter croissants, luxury rolls, pastries and French Viennoisserie products.
It is possible to have your favorite sandwiches delivered. Select from the different breakfast packages and choose the desired day of delivery.
Our Breakfast service delivers your order to the cottage every morning before 9 am.
All of our freshly baked large bread is made by hand at the local bakery, and several specialty breads are available as hand-cut half loaves.
